Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator who can build and manage our IT infrastructure from scratch and ensure smooth daily operations across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and implement complete IT infrastructure (network, servers, systems, devices)
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot all IT systems
  • Manage and configure CCTV systems
  • Support in ERP implementation and handle ERP-related technical issues
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
  • Provide technical support to staff when required
  • Provide Level 1–3 support to users across all departments
  • Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity threats, ensure antivirus/firewall protection
  • Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Manage permissions, user access controls, and secure data sharing
  • Manage email systems Microsoft 365 and VPN access for remote users

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and other related field
  • Preferably can join immediately
  • Preferably with related Certifications

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in IT administration for 5 years minimum with experience in implementing IT Infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and system setup
  • Experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in ERP systems (implementation & technical support)
  • Working knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, and virtualization tools
